Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
