Highway entrance 5 minutes away: Geneva 40 minutes. Free private parking. Small shop and multi-service bar a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet, not overlooked.

Beautiful apartment on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran".

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

The fruitière barn

The non-smoking apartment is located upstairs in our newly renovated barn. With 1 double bedroom and 2 beds on a large, high mezzanine (not suitable for very young children), 4 of you can stay there comfortably. In the garden, you may meet other guests or our cats and our young dog or our turtles ;) Bed linen and towels not provided for stays of less than 5 nights (or €10/person/stay). Cleaning is your responsibility or can be paid for as an extra on site (€30)

"L'écurie" is a bright and warm house with a quiet and relaxing interior. We would be happy to host you there for your stay in Haute-Savoie. Ideally located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park, you will be 10 km from the center of Annecy and its lake, 12 km from the Semnoz resort and 45 minutes from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand. A bakery, bus stop and electric bike station are located in the center of the village 1 km away and a shopping center 6 km away.

The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from Geneva and only 2 minutes from the Seynod South highway entrance. The studio has a surface area of 22 m2. You have an equipped kitchen.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.
