It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The house is quiet and spacious

Country house in the city, it has large spaces and a very large garden with a fountain, fruit trees and tables. Inside the house there is a kitchen, a dining room, and six bedrooms. From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, there is an administrator who takes care of the garden where his office is located. He does not enter the areas occupied by guests or the house.
