The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Easy access from the A11 highway. 7 km from La Suze sur Sarthe. 15/20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Simplify your life in this peaceful, central home between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It is an independent house but we are neighbors. You can take your morning walk by the communal path. The common wine press gîte

The common press is an outbuilding located in the garden of our house (a typical village farm in Sarthe dating from the 16th century). The entry is independent but we want to personally welcome each person. You can stay there as in a cottage or as in a guest room. Simple and rustic, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed can be unfolded for two extra people.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The relaxation chalet

A 28 m² chalet on the edge of the Sarthe, quiet, for 2 people. It consists of a seating area - living room, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. A terrace with garden furniture and a table on the garden level, so you can sit with your feet in the grass. For owners of electric vehicles, it is forbidden to charge the battery at the chalet's expense.

Stone cottage with river view, ideal for those seeking relaxation, but also close to interesting sites and restaurants. A short drive from Solesmes, Sable, Le Mans, and La Flèche. We accept dogs for an extra fee of 20€ to cover the cost of a deep cleaning for the next guests.
