Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Andreas and Anna’s place was in a perfect peaceful location with beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Andreas provided wonderful recommendations, and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay with Eleftheria and Michalis in Chania was nothing short of exceptional. The house is amazing—spacious, immaculate, and clearly designed with incredible care and attention to detail. The location is superb, and it’s easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and always available. They helped us with everything from our early arrival to washing our car, making us feel completely at home. I truly hope to return one day with the rest of our family, and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete without hesitation.

we stayed for one night in this beautiful villa and couldn’t have asked for better! It was private and peaceful, and check in was super easy! Our lovely hosts were so flexible with check-in and left us some treats for the stay, and then left us to be at home. It was so nice and clean and was so comfortable, we felt Right at home. Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

Karolina and Jadwiga are very pleasant hosts and communication between us was always very quick and helpful. Check-in works perfectly. However, Google Maps showed the neighboring building for us. However, the accommodation is advertised outside and that's how you find it. The accommodation itself is excellent: modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful rooms. And the outdoor area with sun loungers, parasols, tables, chairs, barbecue areas and beach is phenomenal! The only thing that is a bit disturbing: You are right on the main road and in the house itself you can still hear this noise well.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Outstanding views, 5* accommodation with hosts that go above and beyond and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Recommendations of local places to eat. If you can, take use of the local chefs to come in and cook for you. Family of 7 cost us €280 as a guide without drinks and was beautiful food. The villa is spacious and relaxing and perfectly placed to walk into plaka and short drive to almyrida beach with beautiful fish tavernas and water activities. Party of 3 boys (15,15 and 12), my husband and I and his parents it was the perfect house to have our own spaces but still come together. The photos do not do the house justice at all. The outdoor kitchen, outside bath and jacuzzi plus all the outdoor terraces to each room are spectacular. Enjoy, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be back again one day. We immediately fell in love with this villa! The quality of absolutely everything in and around the building is extraordinary. The pictures cannot truly capture how beautiful and well-designed this place is. From the tasteful interior decor to the immaculate outdoor areas, every detail has been carefully thought out to provide both comfort and luxury. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The property is beautiful and location just perfect just a 15mins bus ride to the harbor which is full of nice restaurants and shops etc. The property is a short walk to the beautiful beaches with a few beach bars with nice food and drink and restaurant not far away with very nice food. Niko's residence was beautiful, extremely clean, secure, and private. It showed as listed. Niko was very hospitable, prompt, and responsive with any communications that we had. He contacted us before our arrival and offered to arrange transportation to his residence, and he allowed us early check in. We had an ant intrusion and a house fuse go out ( I don't know if it was because we had 5 guests) causing a power outage. Niko was extremely apologetic and paid for a meal and drinks during the outage even though we resisted the offer. He and his team came out and remedied the situation. On a day that we didn't feel like leaving the residence, we spent the day in the wonderful pool. His place was also walking distance to the town. All of our needs were met. Thank you Nikos.

Breathtaking view! The house is brand new, it corresponds exactly to the pictures shown. The pool is very large & during the day there is a perfect mix of sunny and shady spots. There are many small taverns nearby, you never had to drive far. Very clear recommendation for this villa, it is perfect & we would love to come back anytime!

Absolutely incredible stay at the villa very opulent from the minute the gate opens . So spacious,5 of us stayed for 1 week and the villa was just perfect. the location - a dream. the view - unbeatable. The house cut for 3 couples - ideal. the architecture - really appealing. and problems (sandstorm) were immediately addressed and resolved! we recovered very well, and can really highly recommend this accommodation!

The stay was amazing! Amazing host and AMAZING location!! They were so helpful with telling us where to go and what to do and even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens as a welcome gift!! The views are unmatched and the pool was the best lounge area. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Crete!!

We booked this villa as a treat for our 40th and our first holiday in 15 years without our son. The villa was absolutely beautiful and the hosts were lovely. They had made us a Greek salad on our arrival and had provided us with milk eggs wine and fruit. They even made a beautiful marble cake as we had a thunderstorm and everything was covered in sand so they had to come a second day to clean the pool and outside area so we could use it.. Eftychis and his mum also provided use with restaurants and site seeing destinations like the botanical gardens which were well worth visiting.. We tried to book the villa again this year but they are fully booked. So we will be looking to book again next year.. It is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit..

This was probably the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. We were not in the busy part of town which was perfect for our family. The walk is about a mile to the waterfront area but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way and the view is magnificent. The pool was great and our kids loved feeding and naming the cats in the area. We had a wonderful time. If you are reading this review and your dates are available don’t way- book it!

An absolute superhost! The villa is beautiful. We really enjoyed the time there and would choose the Canna Villa again at any time. Yannis is always available and a very friendly host.

Nikos was an excellent host! He brought us fresh goodies and made sure we had everything needed. The home is beautiful and exactly has pictured. I recommend renting a car if you stay here as it is quite desolate location and not walkable to restaurants/shops.

The stay with Agapi and Georgios was just great! The hosts are very (child) friendly and are characterised by their incomparable hospitality: the welcome basket and the stocked fridge, which saved us having to do the initial shopping, were of course also very welcome. During our stay, but also beforehand, Agapi was always quick to respond and gave us numerous tips. Many thanks for that! The house is very beautiful, open-plan and leaves nothing to be desired. The clear highlight is the terrace with its breathtaking view. We spent most of our time here, having breakfast and relaxing. It was the perfect place, especially with a small child, as it was sheltered from the sun. Drakona is a small place, quiet and not at all touristy. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to relax and loves nature. However, you don't have to do without the amenities of a larger town, as Chania is only 20 kilometres away. We will always remember our first family holiday with the three of us.
