Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! It's even better in real life than the photos. The pool is indeed very large and made everyone happy. We were with children and the accommodation is really ideal for them: safe, with games available... In addition, the kitchen is very well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We highly recommend this place for holidays for families or groups of friends.

this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. Very nice cottage in a nice little village. Very quiet. The rental is perfect, identical to the photos. Very clean and convenient. Everything you need. Great kitchen. Very nice rooms, very comfortable bedding. Very nice little living room. A terrace that must be very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat, unfortunately we had water...... Bathrooms at the top, just to say something, it would be necessary in the showers to put a small shelf for products. If we go back there we know where we went. and large garage I forgot super convenient. Thank you to the hosts for making us a nice cottage.

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
