2-night stay in a clean cottage with a very good welcome from our host. the accommodation is located in a quiet area 5 min from Le Mans. Thanks for the necessities the next morning.

Good communication with Linda, she was available and attentive. The accommodation is very close to the circuit and well suited for a stay between drivers, I would recommend it.

Second year we've come to stay here. Just like last year, this stay was perfect. Patrick is a great host, always available and very helpful. Breakfast is offered with a wide choice that suits all tastes. The bed linen, bathroom and the whole room in general is impeccably clean. You can book without a second thought, your stay will be a success.

2nd stay at Florence's for my parents this time. They spent pleasant nights in this quiet and peaceful environment. Great hospitality from Florence. Functional house and very nice garden for sunny days.

The stay went very well! Agnes and Bernard are very welcoming and very kind! Only 5 minutes from the European horse pole with stable just opposite for the horse it's the best 👌

Great stay with Thierry and his partner, both extremely friendly, they did everything to make our stay go as well as possible. The house is a 7min walk from the tram, it takes about 15-20min to then get to the circuit which is ideal. Many restaurants are within a 10min walk of the house and the city center is not very far away as well. Thierry and his wife's hospitality is excellent, I recommend it without hesitation.

Great location for exploring LeMans, close to restaurants, easy to catch a tram to the track. Fantastic market on Sunday morning.

The stay met our expectations, Nelly and her husband were very available, adapting their schedules to ours for breakfast: what a treat to have fresh bread and croissants in the morning!! Accommodation as advertised, nothing was missing, ideally located between the city and the circuit, perfect for events as it's close to the tram lines. A big thank you to our hosts for this welcome and their advice to make our stay perfect.

The night went very well, after an excellent dinner and a very hearty and delicious breakfast the next day. All products are local and savory and sweet were on the menu for the morning feast. We stopped at Patrice and Paloma's with our 3 children on the way to our vacation. We were very well received, we had the floor of the house at our disposal, i.e. 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Patrice recommended where to eat on Le Mans. We were able to visit the 24 Hours of Le Mans Museum and Old Le Mans before heading back on the road the next day after having very good breakfast. Recommended address!

Perfect place for couple. We stayed here during the MOTO GP 2025 weekend. Located 25 minutes away, quiet, it provides everything you might need. The owners are lovely and welcoming. Thank you for this beautiful break as a duo. We'll be back!

We booked a night at Anne Claire's to discover the Alpes Mancelles. The stay went perfectly, the house and the rooms are beautiful, quiet, very clean. We didn't miss anything and breakfast was delicious. Too bad, given the weather, we didn't enjoy the pool but the setting is extra! We will come back without hesitation! Thank you
