Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Chang Phueak

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

Napapat's house is very clean and spacioius. Napapat is very kind and thoughtful host, and gave quick replies to all my questions. The house has many useful appliances such as coffee maker and water purifier. I highly recommend Napapat's house for anyone planning to travel around Chiangmai. I would defintely like to come back to this beautiful house if I ever get a chance to come to Chiangmai again.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, this is the best option — extremely private, with everything you need. The views matched the photos exactly, and Carsten was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for your great hospitality; I will definitely come again!

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Beautiful apartment building just a stones throw away from the airport.

Exceeds all expectations! It’s a perfect option for a large group: the house is cozy, well-equipped, and situated in a quiet area just minutes from the center. The atmosphere feels like a tropical bungalow by the ocean — a real peaceful oasis. Very comfortable furniture and many small details that were made with care - for example, they left a treat for our pet. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommended!

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️
