Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Chang Khlan Sub-district

This listing was a very comfortable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath suitable for three adults. The room has excellent Wi-Fi with speeds approaching 500 Mb/s. It’s located on the 8th floor of a high-rise condominium on the shady side of the building. The building has an awesome 150m long rooftop pool and a good gym on the 17th floor. The building is an approximate 20 minute walk to old town. Our only surprise was that the unit only had hot water in the shower. The kitchen and bathroom sinks only have cold water. This was not a limiting issue for us, but it was a surprise. Natasa is an excellent host and we would certain recommend this Airbnb.

The apartment is very Cosy and well set up. All essentials are present and well maintained! Definitely would recommend!

An sich eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach hat uns super gefallen. Nur hätten wir morgens echt dringend einen Föhn gebraucht, dieser hat allerdings angefangen zu brennen und nach wenigen Sekunden war die ganze Küche voller Rauch. Einen neuen Föhn haben wir 4 Stunden später, 5 Minuten vor Check-out, erhalten, was also auch nicht wirklich hilfreich war.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Nam war einwandfrei, sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

Good Place

Die Unterkunft war top, die Kommunikation war auch ebenfalls sehr gut. Es fast keine Mängel in der Wohnung, bis auf eine Sache, der Geruch in den Toiletten, ging nur schwer weg, weil irgendetwas nicht ganz dicht war. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung trotzdem mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns eine früherer Check in ermöglicht. 👍🏾

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Chokes place! The apartment was super clean and very well kept. It was perfect and really felt like a home away from home. Choke, Pikoon and Ning were all super responsive and friendly, giving us some great food reccommendations around the area. The pool on the top floor was fabulous with an absolutely stunning view of the city at sunset. Our only complaint was that we had to leave!! Highly recommend 👌

Great stay! The house was clean when we check in, located in a quiet and safe area. Loved the easy check in and good communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Desde el primer día nos sentimos inmersos en un auténtico barrio local.Aunque a escasos 15 minutos a pie de los resorts de lujo, convivimos con la comunidad. Una estancia genial y recomendada a los que se quieran separar del circuito turístico.

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Chiang Mai!

这是一栋非常舒适的房子，四间卧室和三间浴室的设计非常适合一家人或者朋友一起出行入住。房子的空间非常宽敞，装修简约又温馨，让人一走进来就有回家的感觉。 楼下有一间带独立卫生间的卧室，对长辈或者行动不便的人来说非常方便。楼上有三间卧室，其中两间共用一个卫生间，主卧带有独立浴室，非常适合家庭成员之间保持一定的私密性。 社区环境也很棒，有24小时安保，让人住得很安心。还有一个小型健身房和半个篮球场，早晚运动一下很舒服。 整体来说，这是一次非常满意的住宿体验，房东也非常热情、细心，入住过程顺利无比。下次来一定还会再住这里！

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

숙소가 비싼만큼 깨끗하고 좋아요!! 있을거 다있고 주변에 먹을것도 꽤 많아요

L’appartement est génial pour 2, literie d’un confort incroyable. Très propre et 100% fidèle à la description. Équipements au top ! Emplacement super au calme un peu excentré mais super en face du grand centre commercial. Très facile pour les Grab/Bolt de venir nous chercher/ déposer pour pas cher. Bonne communication avec Kate, très réactive. Mais peut être prendre en compte que certains n’ont pas récupéré une carte SIM ou ne sont pas connectés au réseau donc pas toujours possible de répondre ou de voir les messages en temps et en heure. Je recommande à 100% !!! Encore merci !

The room was very clean, and I had a comfy stay there. The location is great, there’s a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s right across the street, and it’s within walking distance to the Night Bazaar.
