Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

Hamlet at an altitude of 750 meters, house facing south. Privileged location for nature lovers, quiet ( little car passage). Individual chalet of 38 m2 with terrace of 18 m2 located in a residential park (chalets des cimes) supervised by a caretaker. The chalet is located in Roche-Beranger at the foot of the slopes. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen living room with sofa bed (mattress 140 by 190). One bedroom with a 140 by 190 bed and a second bedroom with 2 80 by 190 beds. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. Swimming pool in the residence open from July 1 to August 31.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
