Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

T2 (42m²) independent, on the ground floor of a house under renovation. Charming and comfortable: wood-burning stove heating (electric only in addition), equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV + DVD/CD player, Wi-Fi, small grocery store and linen fully provided. Hamlet at an altitude of 750 meters, house facing south. Privileged location for nature lovers, quiet ( little car passage). Large sunny terrace, comfortable (chairs, sofa, barbecue) facing the mountains.

Individual chalet

Individual chalet of 38 m2 with terrace of 18 m2 located in a residential park (chalets des cimes) supervised by a caretaker. The chalet is located in Roche-Beranger at the foot of the slopes. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen living room with sofa bed (mattress 140 by 190). One bedroom with a 140 by 190 bed and a second bedroom with 2 80 by 190 beds. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. Swimming pool in the residence open from July 1 to August 31.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
