Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.
