Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little corner at the gateway to Morvan. Nature lovers, you will be won over. Located close to the Chablisien vineyards, castles such as Bazoches/Ratilly/Chastellux or Guédelon, and the caves of Arcy. Private enclosed house, with one bedroom, possibility to add a baby bed on request. Linens provided (sheet, bath towels, tea towel). Fully equipped kitchen. Animals such as dogs and cats only accepted and 2 maximum.

Gîte du Lavoir, Varzy-Nièvre.

The gîte du lavoir, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small, secure, independent old house, conducive to calm and hiking. An enclosed lot, allows the parking of a vehicle. On site: local shops, nursing home, pharmacy. Museum. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Nivernais Canal, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to a modern style in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. this old house is elevated, offering you unobstructed views of the countryside. It is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Accept only two animals per reservation.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No hob). Looking for a vacation in peace and intimacy, with no awareness of the hour or time? In our idyllically located holiday home for two, it is Sunday every day! From November to March, you can ask us for a stay of at least 5 nights. From April to October, you can book from 2 nights We do not have fixed changeover days, vacation is there to enjoy and starts whenever you want WELCOME!

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.

Small house near Morvan

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
