My family absolutely loved every inch of this GORGEOUS property! The neighborhood is well manicured and quiet. The backyard was so relaxing. There was more than enough room for our party of 5 adults and 2 children. Everything you need is within a 5 mile radius and the theme parks are within close proximity. We will DEFINITELY be back!

A very nice property, had a great stay. Nice neighborhood, water park was a hit with the kids. Very clean, and well maintained house.

Great location! Walking distance to the pool resort and a mile drive to a second pool resort, with access to both. Kids loved the game room and the golden ticket room! Plenty of space for everyone. Only advice is to directly check with the on site employees for the HOA rules re: parking and guest access. Great resort and very responsive host!!

Edney was very nice and responded to all messages quickly. The home is beautiful only true compliment was the pool looked bigger in pictures, but that is a minor personal issue. The home is beautiful inside and out and the development was clean I would definitely book again

Stefany’s place was the perfect spot for my family and I. The amenities were phenomenal, we really enjoyed the pool and the gaming station. The house was spotless and very spacious. The club house was a short walk away and the Disney parks were also a short car ride. I would definitely stay there again and I 100% recommend it.

Melanie’s house was gorgeous. The decor was particularly impressive. It was very spacious and fully stocked. We had a party of 21 and we never felt overcrowded. The neighborhood sits inside a gated community. The water-park and gym was walking distance from the house. We parked 8 cars with no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a beautiful house and the kids loved all the themed rooms. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was a short walk to the clubhouse, which was a perfect way to spend an off day from the Disney parks. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

The home was clean and spacious, with a lot of room for a group of 10 to spread out when needed. Our kids loved the games room and we loved having our own pool. We also enjoyed having access to the resort water park, as well. We paid for a Barbecue, but it wasn’t there when we arrived. Hubert corrected this as soon as he could and it arrived the next afternoon. We also paid extra for the pool/hot tub heating. The pool was warm enough, but the hot tub really wasn’t “hot”. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this home and our host was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our host was absolutely wonderful—very responsive, kind, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and made sure we felt right at home. We truly appreciated her hospitality and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

The host was great communicating with us and was very accommodating. This house is perfect for larger groups. We stayed for a guys golf trip and everyone getting their own bedroom, king bed, and bathroom was great. The pool area and hot tub are great. The movie theater and game room was a nice touch also.

This place is amazing. The amenities were awesome for kids. The game room is highly recommend for adults and kids. The pool was great and the spa was nice for after a long day. The themed rooms were amazing the kids switched rooms nightly to get the full experience.

Mike / Mikayla were great hosts ! We absolutely loved the place it was just as it looked in the photos and more. So much space and it was absolutely perfect. Anything that was wrong Mikayla went out of her way to be responsive and notate. The pool was everything we expected and we absolutely loved the place. My only regret is not staying longer. If they will welcome us back we will definitely rebook. If I had to make any complaints I will say there wasn’t a high chair as listed but instead was a playpen at the place. Nothing we couldn’t work with though, really loved the place. Hoping to be back asap.

This was a fabulous house. The themed rooms were so much fun. Each room was so carefully and wonderfully decorated. From the cloud room to the camp room to the avatar room. The game room was a blast with its bunk house and slide and movie projector screen. The pool and outdoor area was great to hang out. And the kitchen had everything you could need. We had such an amazing time. Plus our host, Tati, was so accommodating and great to work with. Definitley the best house to stay at.

The interior decor is amazing. We had a girls trip and the space was perfect. Debra was incredibly detailed and responsive with any questions. One thing to note, we used ride-shares (Uber/Lyft), some of the drivers got confused regarding the gates, despite giving them detailed instructions so I recommend budgeting extra time if you are using those and have a reservation that you need to get to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

We loved our stay at JC’s villa! It was completely spotless and there was ample space for our family. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we were made to feel like we could get in contact no matter how small the question! The games room was perfect. The outdoor space at the pool was great too. Cannot fault it and cannot recommend this villa enough!

A wonderful place to spend a relaxing weekend with the family. The house is beautiful, clean and tidy, with Mickey and Minnie mouse details in every space. We loved it. We enjoyed the many nearby attractions, as well as some restaurants in Champions Gate. We are extremely satisfied. We'll be back soon. Thanks!🌻

The house was like the pictures. We had everything we needed. Abe was a good host. Hot tub/jacuzzi was the best. my party had a wonderful time at this home. The house needs some updating, but it was clean and beautiful. We didnt have any problems, just perfect.

We appreciated the activities that’s were available at the house! Half of our group would stay behind during the day and go to the parks in the evening while the other half would go to the parks. It is a quick 25 min drive to the parks. Definitely was great to have many rooms for the whole family to spread out and get some space during the week. The trash pick up was great with a big family group.

Thank you to Mary and Matthew for hosting us in their beautiful villa. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family travellers. The house was as described and was spotless. Very well kitted out with amenities. The only point to note is that children are not allowed in the master suite, so something for parents to be aware of. Mary and Matthew were extremely responsive to any questions and were proactive in providing information. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at the villa.
