Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I am very appreciative of the quietness of the neighborhood, the amenities for kids (pack-and-play, games, toy cars), and her responsiveness and friendliness regarding an earlier check in time. The beds are VERY comfy which I believe is one of the most important things to feel “at home” in someone else’s space. Thank you Crystal for a wonderful stay!

Historic West Urbana home near campus

What an awesome place to stay in Urbana! The University is a short walk away as are many of the fun restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with a lot of mature trees and well-tended yards. We made good use of the front porch. The accommodations inside matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The kitchen was well-appointed and immaculate. We truly enjoyed the coffeemaker - Matthew provided coffee to brew but we had a great time exploring the fresh-roasted beans locally. The bathrooms were very clean with an abundance of towels. The linens were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer were easy to use and most appreciated. We had everything we needed. Matthew is an amazing host! Communication with him was great before, during and after arrival. Check-in was a breeze and checking out even easier. All in all this is one of the best places we ever rented and we will be back!

Stylish Cottage in the Heart of Champaign

We travelled from the UK & stayed for almost a month in this lovely home; it couldn’t have been more perfect for our visit. Peaceful and pretty neighbourhood, Erica was a lovely helpful host, clear instructions for check-in/out, and extended amenities. We loved the extra little touches like the coffee machine and pods, night lights, bathroom goods, a snack basket, lots of towels/sheets. Can’t recommend this cottage enough! We also loved the local recommendations; our favorite was Pekara bakery for breakfast which is within walking distance. Great location too…everywhere we needed to go in Champaign was within a 8-10 minute drive drive away. Thank you again Erica! 🙂

This was our second stay at the Nestle on New Street. Our family loves this place — it’s like our home away from home when we are visiting family in Champaign. We appreciate the thoughtful touches — snacks, extra charging cords, makeup wipes, etc. — that make staying here stress free. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy area! We were surrounded by people for 3 days being at the busy Rantoul Family Sports Complex for a tournament. Coming back to this zen-like, quiet, clean, and spacious apartment made the weekend much more enjoyable.
