Loved the spacious living room 😍 Will definitely rent there again. The 5th floor with no elevator should be listed at the top of the ad as we had missed it but luckily was not a problem for us.

I just spent 4 nights in Davit's apartment and I felt very good in this super clean, quiet accommodation, in a very nice condominium composed of four pretty little buildings. Davit is very friendly and very responsive. I was quite busy during my stay but I will gladly come back for a new stay during which I will be more free to enjoy the green setting. The apartment is in a very good location close to public transport and a car is not at all necessary if you come to visit Lyon because with a single bus you can get to the city, or by walking a little with the train that drops you off in the heart of Vieux Lyon. Listing as described. The contact with Alix and Charlène was very pleasant. (welcoming and responsive +++) Very easy self check-in and very well explained Parking (allocated and secure space) is a real plus. The residence is very well maintained and very nice. The toilets are a little narrow (the knees touch the door). But overall, nice apartment with all the essentials for a great stay. The balcony is a plus, sheltered from noise. Great stay at this place. Friendly and responsive host to our requests. Ideal location for traveling around Lyon by public transport, metro 20 m from the building entrance. The only downside is that the size of the garage is better suited to a small city car than to an SUV, but you can get in after a few maneuvers. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Guillaume's home. We felt very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, the kitchen is well equipped thankyou Guillaume for the coffee. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift, being on the 5th floor gives great views out to the park and trees. There are supermarkets close by, plenty of restaurants, and a great local bar recommend by Guillaume that we enjoyed. The apartment is a 30 minute walk to the centre, is well serviced by metro and trams. This is our first experience staying in someone's home rather than a commercial rent. It was a good experience and is really in the true spirit of what Airbnb started as.

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

We had the most amazing stay in this apartment! Absolute perfect location, quiet at night, everything you needed in the kitchen, and comfy bed. Perrine was an excellent host, great communication and so quick to respond to any questions I had. He went above and beyond with so many local recommendations, weeks before we arrived to help with planning the week we were there. Thank you for such an amazing stay in beautiful Lyon!

A clean and spacious stay in a very pleasant location. Our dog was also welcome in the apartment, which was very important to us. In terms of location, you had everything you needed within walking distance. There are plenty of secure parking lots nearby to park your car. Louis was also super helpful and friendly. He responded quickly and kindly. In short, a wonderful apartment that we really enjoyed. Absolutely recommended for a short trip to Lyon city center!

We have traveled all over the world & stayed in many AIRBNB’s . This one is rhetorical best ever . Large beautifully decorated & designed . Fantastic amenities great neighborhood to all local destinations and sites ! The hosts had a book explaining where things were and how to go ! Perfect , Perfect . Don’t miss on the best of the best . Loved this airbnb. Lyon is a great city and the location of the apartment made it easy to explore various areas. Everything you need is very close by. Alain was super kind and helpful and a gracious host. The kitchen is very well equipped and would be a great kitchen to cook in if you have time. Highly recommended!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Cozy and very clean accommodation. The spa bath is a big plus! Comfortable bedding and close to amenities.
