This bright, newly-renovated apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lovely open-plan living space, with a kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The location is ideal for exploring Madrid on foot, and is very near the bustling areas of Sol, Chueca, Huertas and Malasaña, all full of great things to see and top bars and restaurants. Ideal apartment which, along with the whole building, has been refurbished in 2022, keeping its original essence from when it was first built in the year 1600. It has been decorated by a team of interior designers and equipped with much detail to give the best experience and rest for our guests, either for work or vacation. It has heating and radiant floors, AC, Smart TV, high speed Wi-fi and a totally equipped kitchen. The building also has a very special backyard for our guests.

Very bright apartment, fully furnished, with built-in closets and a comfortable 150 × 200 CM bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, there is a 90x200 trundle bed. Located on a mezzanine on the first floor, no elevator. You have to climb two small flights of stairs to get there, as shown in the photographs. Stylish, well-equipped, and well-connected, for a vacation or work visit in Madrid. Comfort in one of the most exclusive areas of the city.

The apartment is in a great location, it is central but not with crowds of people. Nearby there are restaurants, bars and easy to connect. It has a parking lot just meters away. The check-in instructions were very clear and we loved that it had a smart lock and autonomy of arrival. The apartment is spacious and as shown in the pictures. We really appreciated the amenities in the Bathroom and in the kitchen. Good communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a lovely place! The room is clean and has everything you need. (The trash can lid in the bathroom didn’t function and more hooks for a robe or a second towel would be helpful.) The staff is super friendly. The tour was fantastic! I wish a brochure were available because I can’t remember everything! Loved it!

Mario's place was perfect. The location is a 10/10. The living room windows look out onto the Plaza Mayor. You can open the French doors to hear the people and the music below, and when you close them it's perfectly peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed, with plenty of plates, cups, flatware, etc. Everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Lots of interesting books to peruse. The shower was lovely. There is very good A/C.

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.
