Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chamartín

This home is beautiful. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood and very private. The home is close to everything! There's a supermarket (Alcampo) within 8 mins. The mall there is nice too. Plenty of restaurants. You can grab an Uber to the city center (20 mins) or to a game: RealMadrid is 20 mins away and Atletico is 12 mins away. The pool is beautiful though it was too cold for us to use it. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all very convenient. Evelyn welcomed us nicely and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Alicia's home to anyone looking to be near everything yet far away from it all!

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento de Julieta y Julián. Éramos 9 huéspedes y hemos estado de maravilla, con bastantes camas y espacios para todos. Nos gustaría que la casa fuera haber tenido más ventilación e iluminación natural. Fueron muy serviciales y todos nuestros problemas de check-in nos pusieron soluciones rápidas. Repetiremos !!!

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Dana fue muy amable y servicial, al saber que viajamos con una bebé nos compró una trona para facilitarnos la estancia, la casa está muy bien decorada y es muy cómoda, la cocina muy bien equipada, y hace un café espectacular. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda.

José Ramón ha sido especialmente amable y resolutivo con nosotros . Nos ayudó con la llega a Madrid recomendando un taxi de confianza con quien el particularmente coordinó nuestra recogida . La limpieza excelente , la ubicación ideal para recorrer a pie y lo bien equipado del departamento merecen mención especial. Volveremos seguro ! Gracias!!

This is a lovely and beautifully decorated apartment right in the center of Madrid. It’s a 15 minute walk to the three main museums, or you can catch the metro right outside the front door. Even though the neighborhood is bustling, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all around, the third floor apartment is amazingly quiet. The host is super helpful and arranged for us to drop our bags early while the apartment was being cleaned (for a small fee). I would definitely stay here again next time.

El apartamento es mejor en persona que en fotos. Super espacioso. Está céntrico, puedes ir caminando a los lugares de interés. Recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento. Mar fue muy maja, y nos respondió muy rápido a las dudas que teníamos. En resumen, fue todo un acierto.

Eyal’s apartment is in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is a large two bedroom, two bath with comfortable beds. The living and dining rooms were very big with plenty of room for a family of four. The apartment is one flight up in an elevator building. Eyal provides excellent instructions for everything in the apartment. No complaints.

L’appartement est très bien placé en plein coeur de Madrid avec une très grande proximité des activités, commerces, restaurants. Malgré tout il est dans une ruelle très calme. L’appartement en lui même est très bien, spacieux, parfait pour loger 5 personnes. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et nous recommandons l’appart de Juan sans hésitation. Merci

Un excellent séjour ! On retiendra : le calme malgré l'emplacement très central, la belle terrasse, la bonne literie, les équipements... Yolanda encore tous les détails, très clairs. La communication est irréprochable. Nous avons eu un imprévu sur place et Yolanda s'est montrée très arrangeante, ce qui a été d'une grande aide. Nous recommandons ++++ et remercions !

Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage: nah an Madrid und an der Sierra. Die Kommunikation mit Beatriz war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist noch besser als auf den Bildern. Alles ist neu und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Ideal für Familien und große Gruppen. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind bestens ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für das Bereitstellen des Babybetts. Die Räume lassen sich auch klimatisieren und perfekt verdunkeln. Bestens ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

La casa es magnifica, y la piscina aún mejor. Un entorno aislado para poder disfrutar de la compañía sin distracciones. Muy recomendable.

Sitio muy bonito y acogedor. Dueños y guardeses muy agradables a nuestra llegada y checkout. Nos permitieron estar más tiempo después del checkout. Nos trajeron café como regalo. Todo genial

We absolutely loved our stay at VistaMadrid. We had a brilliant time using the pool and the interior is amazing. We loved having meals outside on the terrace and chilling by the pool. The house was equipped with lots of great amenities, and 14 min walk from a supermarket. Easy to find & Fransisco was very welcoming and responsive to any queries throughout the stay. Only downside was the bathroom situation in the loft, as there was no door, just a privacy screen, but we made it work. We struggled with 1 tea towel, so would recommend more. And the decking is uneven and a hazard (my mum did fall & hurt herself). Overall, it was a great stay, and well represented by the pics and description from the Airbnb site. We even managed to check out a bit later due to our flight time & Fransisco being so accommodating. We had a brilliant extra day by the pool, which was very appreciated! Thanks so much for being brilliant hosts, we would definitely stay again!
