Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

La Longère

Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

This beautiful old half-timbered Argonne farmhouse from the 18th century will seduce you with its authentic character and its landscaped garden, fully enclosed. Many walks await you, from the end of the garden. Children can help care for hens, pheasants, horses, and zebus. Possible welcome of motorcycles in closed garage and horses in fenced park. Its location in the heart of the Champagne vineyard and its tranquillity will ensure you a peaceful and pleasant stay. On site, you will discover our terroir and introduce you to the testing of our wines. Our gite has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a private garden and terrace and shops are nearby.

Accessible for 2 nights or more, with family or friends to relax or just enjoy the area. It has a bedroom with large windows accessing a terrace that gives magnificent views of the vineyards of Champagne and Epernay. It is a fully equipped modern house with ground floor and two floors.

La Grange d 'Angel

So that you can enjoy, for a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new place of stopover, you will be able to come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny Sous Châtillon, and admire an exceptional view of the Marne valley, for a walk
