The gîte classified as "3-star Tourist Furnished" is located in a detached house, on an old wine property. It consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living room extended by a bedroom area, a large bedroom upstairs and a duplex studio adjoining with bedroom and mezzanine. Comfortable for a large family or a group of friends, the accommodation offers three bathrooms and three toilets. Sheets, tea towels and bath mats provided. Towels are not provided.

15 minutes from Beaune and the Route des Grands Crus, between fields and orchards, this outbuilding has all the comforts: walk-in shower in Burgundy stone, 160*200 cm bed, large outdoor area... and its Nordic bath, heated by wood fire, to enjoy the garden and the surrounding nature in any season.
