Vacation rentals with lake access in Chalikounas

Le logement est bien situé, à un peu plus de 1km de la plage d'agios Spyridon mais il y a aussi une jolie crique au delà du resto "Pyramid". Tout le nord de l'île est facile d'accès. La ville de Corfou aussi. Pour le sud, c'est possible aussi mais ça fait une très grosse journée. Le logement quant à lui est très simple mais fonctionnel. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. Very scenic mountain village with great little restaurants. The house was beautiful with all those plants and it felt very homey. We would love to come back and can recommend this place.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns jederzeit geholfen und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Sea Breeze coastal house was the perfect Greek getaway for us. The pool and the beach were definitely our personal favorites, especially as the beach was very quiet. It was quite easy to get to locations around the island and the hosts were happy to help with taxis. The buses were comfortable, and in case you don’t want to walk the substantial distance to the bus stop, a connecting taxi was quite easy to get. The house had a gorgeous interior with an authentic Greek atmosphere. The nearby Tavernas were very accomodating and cozy, which was definitely preferable to the limited kitchen. We especially recommend Georges Taverna. We did cook some food of our own, and the supermarkets in Acharavi were well stocked. The hosts were super kind, and cared about our experience. Thank you for an excellent vacation. These 7 dancers from Finland would absolutely recommend!

It was a pleasure to be there. Looked even better than on pictures. Everything was in a walking distance- restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, cafes, pharmacy 5 minutes and 8 minutes to the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Anything we needed or asked for was immediately delivered by the host. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really recommend Blerina and Aresti, great hosts and great place.

Barbro ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Unsere Sonderwünsche bzgl. An- und Abreisetermin wurden mit Selbstverständlichkeit erfüllt. Auch als wir eine Tür, die sich selbst verriegelt hatte, nicht mehr öffnen konnten, wurde umgehend Hilfe geschickt. Der Blick über das Meer ist herrlich. Der Rückweg vom Kalami Beach ist schweißtreibenden, sodass man sich einen Pool am Haus zur Abkühlung wünschen würde.

This was a repeat visit for our family to this terrific house. We had another great stay! It's a very comfortable house with a large garden, set in an extremely remote (in a positive sense) location, but still just a ~5-minute drive to Halikounas Beach. It's an extremely peaceful and quiet setting, with complete privacy. The house has 3 bedrooms with one bathroom (and a shower outside as well that we used post-beach), and a common living room / kitchen with a nice veranda/balcony at the back of the house, where there are a couple of seating areas (one covered for avoiding sun). There's also a nice area at the front of the house for sitting/relaxing. The host was very responsive to the couple of issues we had, and anything that came up was solved quickly. We will definitely return!

Wooow! What an exceptional experience, the apartment was extremely clean, spacious and the view was to die for!! The promenade restaurants and beach were literally metres away! Leke was fantastic and responded within 5mins max! Will definitely return!

Giannis and his wife are excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The apartment is just as portrayed, and the only downside is the lack of privacy in the bedrooms which might be uncomfortable if two couples were sharing but could also be a bonus for a family with children. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday is provided and there is an excellent supermarket about 10 mins drive away. There is a small beach very close by, shallow water, very safe for children and a hotel that provides sun lounges and serves decent food. The area is very peaceful but only a short drive from the main road which takes you to any part of the island. It’s necessary to have a car here, we explored just about everywhere. Would certainly recommend this lovely apartment.

The apartment was excellent anf the hosts fantastic! The accommodation was a little way out of the centre of Mursi - you need a car, as it is not in walking distance.

As a first holiday with a 4 year old and nearly 2 year old, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Ekaterini was so kind and welcoming, the girls loved her fuss and getting to feed the goats and chickens each day. Each morning she brough the most amazing eggs, tomatoes or figs from her farm, and there was a welcome gift of homemade olive oil and jams which were wonderful. The flat was perfect, and felt like plenty of space for us all. the kitchen was great and we easily cooked meals in it (really great oven!) the air con was a treat, but we bearly used it l, even in Aug as the flat was cool and there were great insect shutters so we could leave the doors open. near to THE BEST kid-friendly beaches of Kalimaki and St. Spiridon but so peaceful (except for the lovely rooster). Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Airbnb war super sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Genau wie auf Bildern beschrieben. Klementin und seine Familie waren immer erreichbar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Airbnb liegt mitten im Zentrum von Ksamil und die schönsten Strände sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zufuß zu erreichen. Toller Aufenthalt immer wieder!

Awesome place with phantastic ocean view and plenty of space. Leonard is very friendly and easy going. Thumbs up all the way!

The moment we got there, we got a warm welcome with a coffee and a glass of raki. The family is heart warming. Even though we were there for just one night, as we were leaving the father of the host hugged us goodbye and waved us off like we were there for weeks. We would definitely recommend staying with them.

Ein nettes kleines Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß und bietet eine schöne Ecke zu sitzen und einen großen Grill. Einziges Manko ist die Spülmaschine, die die Küche gelegentlich unter Wasser setzt. Die Kommunikation mit Nick war hervorragend, hat schnell geantwortet und wohnt gegenüber der Unterkunft, sodass er sofort zur Stelle ist, wenn Hilfe benötigt wird.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Een erg mooi Grieks huisje! Alles was in het huis aanwezig, Spiridoula is een fijne host en reageerde snel op alle vragen die we hadden. In de omgeving was alleen niet zo veel te doen, wees voorbereid om een stukje te moeten rijden voor boodschappen en leuke restaurantjes. En er zijn helaas veel muggen, gelukkig werken de horren voor de ramen en deuren goed en bleven ze buiten!

Socrates nagyon barátságos, segítőkész házigazda. Ajánlom a helyet azoknak, akik csöndes pihenésre vágynak és nem szeretik a nagy nyüzsgést és zsúfoltságot.

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im Haus. Dieses ist mit einem großen Garten und zwei Terrassen ausgestattet. Im Garten wachsen unter anderem Feigen, Zitronen und Granatäpfel, welche uns sogar geschenkt wurden. Die Küche war zum Kochen gut geeignet. Babyfreundliche Ausstattung (Hochstuhl, Gitterbett, kleiner Topf zum Brei kochen, Babydecke) und sehr babyfreundliche Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation mit Natascha und ihrer Mutter war exzellent. Wir haben gute Tipps für Unternehmungen auf Korfu bekommen und uns wurde bei Fragen immer zügig geantwortet. Strand fußläufig erreichbar mit einem Restaurant mit guten griechischen Speisen und fairen Preisen. Außer in der Nachbarunterkunft keine anderen Menschen in der Nähe, herrliche Ruhe.

Στο σπίτι της Κας Νίκης περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα. Το σπίτι είναι μέσα στο πράσινο σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και την Αλβανία. Το πρωί κάθεσαι στη μεγάλη βεράντα και απολαμβάνεις το πρωινό σου μέσα στην ηρεμία βλέποντας την θάλασσα και τα σκάφη που περνάνε και το απόγευμα κάνεις ένα μπάνιο στο εξωτερικό ντους μέσα στη φύση. Μου θύμισε διακοπές των παιδικών μου χρόνων. Η μικρή παραλία κάτω από το σπίτι είναι μαγευτική αλλά σίγουρα η πρόσβαση είναι δύσκολη. Αν ήταν εύκολη θα ήταν γεμάτη κόσμο. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα αλλά σίγουρα δεν είναι luxury βίλα. Είναι country house, ένα απλό σπίτι μέσα στη φύση με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Τζιτζίκια , υπέροχοι γρύλοι και κάποιες επισκέψεις από μέλισσες ήταν οι μόνες επισκέψεις. Κάποια πράγματα όπως το μπάνιο, χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Εμείς και τα δυο σκυλιά μας περάσαμε όμορφες , ανέμελες διακοπές. Ευχαριστούμε.
