On the 2nd row of the seafront, with your feet in the sand, the chalet is on 2 levels with A BONUS, an interior staircase. A very bright living room that connects to a beautiful terrace equipped with deckchairs and a dining area. The bedrooms, RARE for homes in this location, are spacious. The "seaside spirit" decoration is neat. The chalet has: air conditioning and heating.

My place is close to the beach. Very good location 100 m from swimming and 100 m from shops and restaurants. Very nice, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Ideal for couples and families (with children). Independent lower part. Sea view. Large equipped terrace.
