Enjoy a southwest-facing terrace, offering views of the Barberousse Tower, the salt pans and Saint-Martin Island, as well as a private and free parking space in the residence. The studio offers a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave, the sofa bed has just been changed! The 17 cm mattress is new (05/15/25).

Located in the city center of Narbonne, this very bright and comfortable apartment offers views of the Saint Just and Saint Pasteur Cathedral. It is an 8-minute walk to the train station and Les Halles, and a few meters from the Horreum Romain Museum. Several parking spaces are less than 100 meters away (free on weekends and between 6pm and 9am on weekdays). The nearest beach is 20 minutes away, and 10 minutes from Les Grands Buffets restaurant, by car.

Close to shops (seasonal from April to October) and also less than 500 meters from the beach! Parking in front of the apartment.

Facing the sea, 50 meters from Grazel Beach, I offer you an apartment with modern decor equipped for 5 people (maximum 4 adults). Enjoy the sunrise and the tranquility of the landscape without moderation while being close to all shops. I also rent the adjoining apartment for 4 people if you want to go with family or friends while preserving your privacy (see my other listing).

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. It is very functional, quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice terrace where you only hear the birds singing and sometimes some cicadas. To access the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It is totally independent and you will feel perfectly at ease there.
