As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. In 1960, before our house was built in Sofokleous, Grandpa Giannis planted sour trees in the garden. Oranges, mandarins, and lemons filled our fruit bowls, strengthening our winters and cooling off in our summers. Beneath these trees, there were feasts, they played children while butterflies sucked flower juices. We welcome our guests to paradise this fragrance and juice-filled.

I came to Athens for some treatment so I was looking for somewhere safe and quiet to stay but also not so far from coffee shops and restaurants. Camilla’s beautiful apartment fit the bill and then some. It was spacious, light, airy and with 3 balcony’s, I was able to enjoy the amazing views and be able to relax. I had no problems working remotely here, WiFi connection is excellent. The place itself is so well laid out and every possible amenity was catered for. Location wise, you’re close to local shops, supermarkets all within close proximity. This place was an absolute haven for the couple of weeks I was there and felt completely at home. Camilla came to meet me at the property and provided really helpful information, she was super flexible on check in times and fast to respond. It was a joy to stay here!

Very nice place, in a quiet neighborhood, especially if you have a car, it is very convenient because there is also parking! Mr. Apostolis, Mrs. Chrysa's husband, also gave us his parking space! There was a park and a high chair for our baby! There are supermarkets and a metro stop 5 minutes away! The center of Chalandri is 10 minutes by car!

The kitchen area features modern appliances and a spacious layout. A window allows natural light to enhance the room. The countertops are arranged with geometric tiles, and a bowl with lemons sits at the center. Ample cabinetry is available for storage.

I stayed at Fotini’s place and very much enjoyed it. As I had a car the parking outside the house was very helpful. The apartment had all the amenities and all the things needed to make the stay comfortable. I highly recommend the place!
