The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A three-story house with a modern design features expansive windows and a spacious rooftop terrace. The terrace is equipped with a railing and is surrounded by greenery. A flight of stairs leads to the rooftop, enhancing the building's accessibility and outdoor enjoyment.
