Enjoy a private patio and heated pool (open from May). Suitable for year-round use, with a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom accessible by wheelchair. Also available as a 1-bedroom option (sleeps 4).

This fully renovated 65 m² gîte accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. You have a spacious living area combining lounge and fully equipped private kitchen. The gîte offers private Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a wood stove for autumn and winter evenings.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
