Staying at his place was truly an amazing experience. When we initially planned our trip to Himachal, we had decided to stay at his property on the 9th of May. We left for the trip on the 8th, but unfortunately, the situation between India and Pakistan escalated that very night, and we had to cancel our plans and return home. Early on the 9th morning, I messaged him to inform that we wouldn't be able to visit and also requested—though with little hope—that he might consider a refund. To my surprise, he was extremely kind and refunded the entire amount, even though it was a same-day cancellation. We finally visited his place the following week, and it was absolutely wonderful—well-managed, peaceful vibes, and a great caretaker. If you're ever visiting Shimla, you can confidently choose to stay at his property. Highly recommended!

First, what matters to all of us is a responsive Host. Saurav is super responsive, always available, and made us feel truly valued. I have been to so many Airbnb's and like all, this place was exactly how the pictures look. It's private yet not lonesome. I felt safe and secure with my family. I never need to think again, where I am staying in Simla. I felt sad leaving, because I could have stayed a month and Saurav's listing. Thank you Saurav. I can never forget the wonderful experience we had.

A big and well maintained house with a fully functional kitchen. The cafe closeby serves good food. The caretaker and host are pretty responsove too. Good place to enjoy staying in.

The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. a quaint quintessential hill cottage close to the church/mall road. Was with my 4 year old daughter and 65 year old mother and they both managed the steep walk albeit with a few breaks. The house was cozy and well maintained with loving wear and tears. Worth the stay
