The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

Lovely place to stay if you are in Esperance! Quiet and private spot, can fit larger families, but there is only 1 washroom :) There is a good coffee machine which our family enjoyed using to get our daily caffeine dose. The pantry was also very well stocked! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, will be back in the future if we ever are in the area again!

This place is ideal for a getaway in Esperance! We were literally a stone’s throw away from town, and even more amazingly - the Great Ocean Drive! There are options for a lovely walk as well, such as to the Rotary lookout and West beach. Facilities wise, everything was adequate as well; comfortable bed, hot shower, and a kitchen that had all you need!
