Great House 20 Guests Best Location Gravatá!

A spacious house, privileged location, 1 km from the center, paved street, quiet and safe! We can comfortably accommodate 20 people! The house is organized to best receive you; TV Box in the living room, fiber optic wifi, five of the six rooms are air-conditioned, three refrigerators and several small appliances to meet all demands. Huge L-shaped terrace, well ventilated, with sofas and armchairs. Fruit garden. Leisure area with pool, barbecue. Parking for 10 cars. We do not accommodate Pets.

The outdoor area is equipped with various play structures, including swings, slides, and benches. Children are seen enjoying activities on the grass and pathways, with a scenic view of rolling hills in the background under a cloudy sky.

Large barbecue in the house, wine cellar and brewery! High Speed Internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house! It is part of a condominium with a heated swimming pool, court and playground. Excellent location, at the beginning of the city, condominium bordering BR, close to the best restaurants.
