Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cha-am

Nothing to say other than brilliant

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karn and Karn Resort in Hua Hin, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. Accommodations: The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a blend of modern amenities and traditional Thai charm. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the private balconies provided lovely views of the lush gardens. Facilities: Karn and Karn boasts a beautiful pool area that is perfect for lounging under the sun. The resort’s gardens are well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome.

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.

Super received by Rene and Phikul, flowers fruit coffee and bread were already prepared and after the necessary information and explanation of the accommodation, hot food is also arranged for us. During 5 weeks of our stay, Rene reached out regularly to make sure everything was okay. What was also great was that we were invited to a brunch on Sunday morning at a Swiss restaurant. By the way, my wife is in a wheelchair and this was also thought of by making a driveway to easily enter the house. As far as we are concerned, we were very satisfied and thank you again. It’s a lovely accommodation in a great central location. Private beach access is lovely and convenient. Great interior and layout that feels modern and artsy. Great bedding and cooling system. Would be perfect if shower water pressure could be stronger. Other than that, it’s lovely and quiet.

I really loved this place. It is away from town but they have a shuttle three times a day to take you into town. Also, there is a 7/11 and night market within walking distance. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I love having a private pool. It could have used a thorough cleaning rather than a quick surface clean. Only issue I had was mosquitos. They were getting into the house. I finally figured out that they were getting through a screen in one of the bathroom windows that I wasn’t using. There were hundreds of them in the house. Make sure to go around and close all windows securely as soon as you arrive.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

I felt like home. Extremely clean place, fully equipped kitchen. The complex is quiet and suitable for families with children. We stayed in this house for a month. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this luxury villa ! We just had to ask Aud of Gladys if it was taken care of. Pool was very clean! It was thoroughly cleaned twice a week. Very nice big green garden. We'd love to come back ! Thank you very much !

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hua Hin. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed perfect for relaxing. The private pool and garden area offer a great level of privacy, and the villa is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and villa manager was smooth, and they were always available when needed. Highly recommended!

A great villa in a quiet location around 15 minutes drive to the centre of Hua Hin. The pool and gym in the complex are around a 2 minute walk away. The hot tub in the villa wasn’t in working order for us as wasn’t heated and no bubbles but it’s a nice feature if working. The air con works great also and keeps everywhere cool

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.
