Vacation rentals with beach access in Cha-am

Enjoyed our stay at Joeys apartment. Located conveniently close to beach and malls and eating places. The place was clean and Joey is a responsive host. Great value for money as well.

This place was perfect for me. Local to all amenities, the apartment was modern, clean and tidy, equipped with everything I needed for my 2 week stay. Fully air conditioned so quiet and peaceful, bed was super comfortable. The host was fantastic checked in on me and any questions got back to me immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this apartment again and although not a hotel I would give it a 5 star rating.

This is a very comfortable leisure resort.The swimming pool is huge and the apartment staff is very polite.Thanadol is very considerate and helpful.

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

Clean and functional unit in a well maintained apartment complex. Convenient access to the beach and within walking distance of two modern shopping malls.

Queens Park is across the street from the property and the surroundings are quiet.The host was well serviced and responsive.The house is as described in the pictures and will have a chance to come back to stay.

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

We had the most amazing stay at this stunning villa. The location couldn’t be better, a short stroll to Hua Hin beach and close to local restaurants and shops. Michael and Paangie were fantastic hosts and even provided some great tips for local restaurants. The villa was spotlessly clean and presented exactly as shown in the listing photos. Special mention to the housekeeper Joy who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

5 stars! Perfect for families with kids We had an amazing stay — 7 of us in total (5 adults and 2 kids) and the place was super spacious, comfortable, and well set up for a group. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for families. Would definitely stay again!

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Nice studio apartment with a comfortable bed and great facilities. Friendly/helpful guards with easy check-in. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive.

Awesome stay! Really first rate. The apartment occupies two floors, and each room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The wee pool is a particular delight. Loads of character. For perspective, we stayed the following nights in a fancy resort, but felt much more comfortable at Mark's place, for a fraction of the price.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Our two-night stay at the Legend through Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. The condo was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. It had all the essentials we needed and more, making it easy to settle in right away. The resort itself is beautiful—lush greenery, large swimming pools, and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the property. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the grounds and lounging by the pool during the day. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. Great value, great atmosphere, and a great stay!

We had a great stay. Lovely pool area. Host was very responsive and kind, got us a taxi when we where stuck in bad weather.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. Absolutely Stunning Hua Hin Getaway! A Perfect 5-Star Experience! Our stay in this one-bedroom apartment in Hua Hin was nothing short of perfection, earning a resounding five-star review! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore and the convenience of being close enough to enjoy the coastal beauty without being right in the hustle and bustle. Final

There are 2 double beds, but there are not 2 rooms, so noise is not well blocked in each bed.
