Villa Bohème 200 m from the sea, beautiful sea view

Seaside, a 4-minute walk from the villa via the Espanet footbridge. Our vacation home is in a quiet, green setting. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with sea views, including 1 master suite with a high ceiling, and a 3rd bedroom with a mezzanine on the garden side. On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms, veranda, kitchen-dining room, living room dedicated to relaxation: piano, books, games... Garden with ocean view, summer kitchen. I am not on site, but I am always available and can come if needed.

It has one bedroom with 2 beds and a mezzanine with 1 double bed and a small sea view. A sofa bed is available in the living room with a quality mattress, which can accommodate 4 to 5 people maximum.
