Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

It’s a 5 min walk to the famous Ilica Beach and 15 min walk to Alacati Town with great restaurants, cafes, nightlife, designer shops! Everything is newly renovated, it’s a very bright house with a lot of sunlight coming in and you will love the relaxing feeling of seeing the private pool and banana trees right in front of the house.

Hayatımda kaldığım en güzel evlerden biriydi. Ev gerçekten tertemiz, eşyalar yepyeni ve zevkle döşenmişti. Havuzu, bahçesi, mangal alanı derken her köşesi ayrı keyifliydi. Konumu hem Alaçatı’ya hem plajlara çok yakın olması da büyük avantajdı. Ama bu deneyimi bu kadar özel kılan asıl şey Evren Bey’in ilgisi ve kibarlığı oldu. Her detayla özenle ilgilendi, bize kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Böyle ev sahiplerine denk gelmek gerçekten büyük şans. Gözümüz kapalı tekrar tercih ederiz, herkese de içtenlikle tavsiye ederizzz.

O da son derece profesyonel ve nazik biriydi. Ev tamamen fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi. Havuz bizim için önemliydi, tertemiz bir havuzdu. düzenli bakımı yapıldı biz oradayken de. Evin 2 katlı olup 2 ayrı girişe sahip ayrı daireler olması çok hoşumuza gitti, kalabalık gruplar için tercih sebebi olabilir. Erken giriş konusunda da yardımcı oldular. çok güzel anılarla dolu bir aile tatili yaptık. Onur beye teşekkür ederiz. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Eve vardığımızda Ünzile hanım herşeyi kolayca tarif etti bize hiç zorluk yaşamadık. Çarşaflar tertemizdi. Villanın konumu çok iyi bu arada ılıca plajına ve alaçatıya çok yakın hemde huzurlu bir yer. Ailecek de mahremiyete önem verdiğimizden o bakımdan da ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Herşeyiyle çok keyifliydi. Tekrar ev sahibi Ünzile hanıma teşekkür ederiz.

Odalwr cok buyuk veferah. Her oda icin wc var. Konfor ve luks icin cok iyi bir yer. Onunde otopark icin yer var. Cesme icin de her yere ayni mesafade tam ortada. Ilica ve ovacik unlu beachlerine cok yakin. Cok memnun kaldik keske uzun kalsabilseydik
