Sunny nice flat in the family house with the private entrance. Ten minutes from city center as well as from nearby forest in the middle of the Vizovice mountains. We offer hospitality, clean rooms and natural garden with the couple of indian runner ducks. You can try some home made delicasy from our garden products. You can reach the city center from us in 10 minutes. You also need the same time to get to the train and bus stations. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a shopping center with a grocery store and a cinema, a city park on one side, and the Brezina forest park on the other. Just below the house you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. All people of good will are welcome here, even with their four-legged friends.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.

It is located just below the Javorník ridge and the surrounding area offers an abundance of trails, views and interesting destinations. The hiking trail to the Pulčínské skály rocks leads directly from the house. Located in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area, it is also ideal for observing the night sky.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time.
