Idamary’s mountainside cottage was amazing/unforgettable experience and was one of highlights of entire trip. Location perched on a high ridge in magnificent valley in PR’s mountains just sensational. Loved waking to magnificent sunrise each morning and at night watching moon’s glowing shine on intricate valleys. Beautiful trails down into the valley passing citrus trees and other amazing gardens/trees/landscapes, ending at camp with a beautiful stream, that if follow has pool that can bathe in. Felt incredible in the depths of beautiful PR mountains. Cottage also fantastic and comfortable. Provides access to PR’s vast mountain ranges and hiking trails/waterfalls and nearby cities and beaches: visited Aguadilla, Borinquen, Isabella, Rincon, Lares. Grocery/gas 10-20 min away but feels like in complete remoteness and isolation. PR’s undeveloped nature is beautiful, will be back to continue exploring since not enough time to see everything. Only thing, wish fridge was larger but was fine.

Came with my partner and my mom. Mom was a bit scared because of the hills but I would definitely come back with my partner or friends. Extremely peaceful, private, and cozy. We enjoyed both the hot tub and pool as well as the patio. Having the Coquí at outside our window the moment we got there was a huge plus. Definitely enjoyed the sounds of nature mixed with the barrio. 10/10, would recommend to my friends and family. A must stay.

This place is even better than the photos and has some of the best views in PR, especially in the morning and evenings! The jacuzzi has a light that is epic and the bugs were not too bad even at night. The bed is comfy and the AC was strong and perfect. Martin was super responsive and even left us a bottle of wine and some coffee and sodas in the fridge. The roads are tricky but it’s worth it and was definitely worth the $$. Highly recommend this spot for couples! We will be back!
