On the first floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen with island, guest bathroom, patio, laundry, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and a service room. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom, terrace with grill, pool and a full bathroom. It is suitable for up to 15 people, fully furnished and equipped. It has 3 garages.
