The house is located in the Cercado de Espino valley, a few kilometers from Arguineguín’s beaches and restaurants. It is a perfect place to disconnect, to cycle and hike in the wonderful nature of Gran Canaria or to work remotely in a peaceful setting. You can enjoy the sunny weather of South Gran Canaria all year long in the outdoor living area. The pool is heated and can also be enjoyed during the winter months, and it is protected by barriers for your kids’ safety and for your peace of mind.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)
