My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

Lorena was a great host. The place was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the few times I needed to communicate with her, she responded almost immediately. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with tons to do. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Adrian’s place is fantastic. Located in a great & safe area in CDMX. The street food in front of the door is incredible, the pool is heated like a bathtub (which I love), fantastic gym and in a great location. Highly recommend it if you need a good place to stay in CDMX. The only thing that could be improved, is that the place has a second key available at no extra cost.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stayed. The place was clean and kid friendly. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Had lots of extra staff such as detergent, and food spices that made things easier for us. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Carlos for everything!

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

Alfredo's unit is excellent. We were there mainly for medical reasons and it was in a great location with great amenities. It was a great place to call home for a few weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Loved this stay! It was a small cozy studio, but it was perfect since I was traveling alone. The view is amazing and the space was very clean.

Josue was super kind and responsive -- they received my luggage before the official check in time, and then again on my out, they let me store my bag there after check out. Karla was friendly, responsive and her place exceeded expectations - the place is beautifully designed and very spacious. Perfect for a long stay. We loved San Rafael, and felt safe in the neighbourhood. There is a sundries shop attached to the building where the flat is located and the locals were friendly, always saying hi to us. Great, local eats nearby too. Would definitely visit again!

It is a very nice, comfortable, clean place, but above all, it is very centrally located near the most important points of Mexico City, lots of delicious food and with everything you need to have a good time.

Quiet and safe area. Nice and large room, pleasant bed. Laura is also very sweet. However, you share the bathroom with another person/room. It is in the more detailed description anyway, but at first glance in the ad it looks like you have a private bathroom. Unfortunately, the other person didn't take the cleanliness in the bathroom or toilet so seriously. But Laura can't do anything about that.
