The room is in a house shared with Mary and her dad. They are absolutely lovely and very responsive. The house is conveniently located in the centre, at a walking distance of many key attractions.
A keyless entry system is mounted on a wooden door frame, displaying a numeric keypad with numbers ranging from zero to nine. The sleek black design contrasts with the warm wood tones of the door, providing modern security features for easy access.

Lovely mini–loft in restored colonial building

I had a great stay. Security was great. Check-in instructions were great. Location is close to City Center. Art Market right next door. Room is clean, clutter free as I made myself at home. I would stay there again on my next visit.

Downtown Mexico City! Regina 70

ZacharyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I loved staying at Martha's place. I'll definitely stay again for my next visit to CDMX. Martha was extremely kind and accommodating. The neighborhood on Calle Regina is within a short walking distance from the Zócalo but secluded from the chaos at the same time. Calle Regina is a great, artsy area with a bohemian crowd.
A private terrace is featured, furnished with a cozy seating area composed of layered cushions in vibrant colors. Potted plants are situated on the terrace, providing greenery against a backdrop of trees. The space reflects a welcoming outdoor atmosphere.

Thanks Ana! The terrace is obviously a big plus. The place is quiet and relaxing. Close to the Zócalo and other neighborhoods of Mexico City. As a solo traveler, I felt safe throughout my trip! I enjoyed the small cafes around and the market as well.

Apartment in Historic Center CDMX

JosephRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
i stay here often. good space can easily sleep 4. king size bed upstairs and 2 big folding sofas on ground floor. i love the central location and quiet inside the building. The washing and drying machines for clothes are common in the building and function well. building door opens with key card on your own. No security guards or anything at entrance which i prefer. if i have to pick a negative point. maybe just that the windows give toward inside of building and coutyard so natural lighting is less then might be otherwise. but its my favorite spatment and building in the center of cdmx. Pricd is correct and fluctuates depending on demand and how soon to the date you reserve. i.e. the closer to the date the more the price seems to go down. you cant go wrong with this place. no parking if you have a car. i give it a 4.5.
A spacious outdoor deck is featured, adorned with planters filled with greenery. A grill is positioned on the side, while a table is set for dining. The view includes distant cityscapes under a bright sky, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

Loft ZocaloCDMX | 2 PP | Rooftop BBQ Gym| Downtown

PatriciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is good to walk to Centro Historico but be aware that it is right behind a school so it is kind of noisy but if that is not a problem it is all good. Take extra toilet paper because they only give you one roll. There is a small stove, fridge and it is good and worth what you pay for. Would stay again just know that going home like around 9pm is a little late if you are walking that area and around is a little sketchy but if you stay in the tourist area you should be fine.
