This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Amazing fully furnished 100 m² appartment for rent at the characteristic center of Maastricht. The location is great, only 7 minutes walking from the 'Vrijthof' and a 5 minute drive from the MECC, University, MUMC. In close vicinity there is everything you can wish for, a lovely park to walk, a supermarket, busstop and bars/restaurants. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,70 each a night.

It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just 5 minutes' walk away that can be visited for a fee. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible.
