Vacation rentals with a patio in Centre, Maastricht-Centrum

Zeer mooi huisje, rustig gelegen. Heel netjes en proper. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor ons wandelweekendje.

This place was perfect for our family trip to see the Aachen Cathedral! It was within a 15-min walk to the Dom and lots of shops and restaurants! We were happy to stay with our young children here. The place was quiet and very clean! It is stylish and modern, yet comfortable for families with little ones. Our awesome hosts even provided a crib and high chair for us! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stefanie is een zeer gastvrije mevrouw. Alles is in het huisje aanwezig. Zeer schoon ook. Ingang huisje beetje lastig te vinden, het is huisnr 38 ipv 45. Pand ligt op de grens van Duitsland en Nederland, maar Nederlandse zenders zijn op tv lastig te vinden. moet via internet. Mooie grote tv. Toegang badkamer via de slaapkamer. Zowel het bed als de uitklapbare slaapbank zijn voorzien van lekkere kussens en slapen heerlijk.

Très beau logement, lumineux et très propre. Le propriétaire était toujours réactif aux demandes. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et agréable. En revanche , il y avait une erreur dans l'annonce concernant le nombre de chambres et de couchages (trois couchages et non quatre). Enfin, le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Hormis ces points notre séjour fut très agréable !

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

This apartment is very pleasant and in a very convenient location to the center plaza/market. The kitchen is very well equipped, except maybe for no toaster, that I found. The whole place has a modern and comfortable feel and the small outdoor space is definitely a big plus, as I thoroughly enjoy some fresh air to chill in. I was a little concerned about the bedroom being up front by the street, but there didn't seem to be much traffic, so it was not a problem for me. Parking is a bit challenging, but it's possible to park for free between 6pm and 9am, for a fee other times or for free all the time at a lot that's about a 10 minute walk away. Bathroom is also a nice space, I only wish I had had time to use the tub - guess I'll have to come back! :))

Jan's apartament was cozy, but had all facielities we needed. Location is very convinient, neighbourhood is calm but close to small city - Sittard. We would definitely come back if opportunity present itself.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage! Stadtnah aber nicht mittendrin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Sehr netter Kontakt und alles war komplett unkompliziert :)

Ein schönes Haus, in toller ruhiger und landschaftlicher reizvoller Lage. Die Küche war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und lud zum Kochen ein. Sebastiaan ist ein freundlicher Gadtgeber, der immer erreichbar war und klar kommunizierte. Wir haben phantastisch geschlafen und kommen wieder bei Sonnenschein.

Een zeer compleet uitgeruste vakantiewoning. Mary-Lou en Patrick zijn de hosts. Ze zij ontzettend attent. Dit blijkt al bij aankomst. Een eigen gebakken taartje stond klaar een mandje fruit en bloemen uit eigen tuin. In de koelkast een flesje wijn en bier. Verder is alles aanwezig in de woning. Royaal handdoeken een wasmachine met wasmiddel kruiden shampoo etc. etc. En als je nog wat anders nodig hebt. Vraag het. De hosts willen dat je het naar je zin hebt. De woning is conform beschrijving en heel royaal. Je hebt je eigen buiten met gazon. Het is achter de woning van de eigenaren. Dus die lopen wel eens langs. Wij vonden dat geen enkel probleem. Kortom zeker een aanrader voor een fijn verblijf in Limburg

We hebben een lang weekend in MONStella doorgebracht met familie. het was een heerlijk ruim huis met verschillende terrasjes waar we heerlijk konden zitten met uitzicht over de stad. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien, de kamers waren ruim, netjes en schoon. Het contact met Sabine was goed en duidelijk, ik zou het huis zeker aanbevelen:)

De Airbnb is van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes, rustig sfeervol en schoon. Beddengoed/handdoeken/kruiden/olie/ uitgebreide keukeninventaris aanwezig. In Kerkrade is niet veel te doen maar een goede uitvalbasis voor Valkenburg, Maastricht, Duitsland en mooie wandelingen.

Ons verblijf in Huize Koedoe was gewoonweg geweldig. Zeer ruime woning, prachtig zonnenterras en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Er stond ook een lekkere verrassing klaar toen we toe kwamen. Alles was zeer netjes en proper. Huize Koedoe is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de streek rond Tongeren-Borgloon te verkennen.

Hanna en Sven waren bijzonder gastvrij en attent en hebben een erg mooi huisje beschikbaar. Het huisje is zeer compleet, werkelijk alles is aanwezig. De kinderen genoten van verstoppertje spelen in het huis. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het oude stadje is zeer idyllisch. We hadden wel wat moeite om de kamers te verduisteren, waardoor we iets slechter sliepen dan we gehoopt hadden. We vertrouwen erop dat de hosts dit op zullen lossen. Het was per saldo een heel prettig verblijf met fijne hosts.

Zeer goede ontvangst. prachtige locatie en woning. Ideaal voor een weekendje weg. Rustige aangename tuin en een ideale locatie om te streek te verkennen met de fiets.

El alojamiento que ofrece Anja esta en una zona muy tranquila. Es un apartamento que esta muy limpio, ordenado y que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Tiene el menaje de cocina necesario para poder desayunar, cenar, etc y un Lidl a 1,5 km de la casa. Cuando vuelva a la zona me volvere a alojar en casa de Anja, eso seguro.

Tolle Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet und super sauber. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Norbert und sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Frau Schmitz vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder, um dann auch wie eigentlich geplant die schöne Terrasse nutzen zu können. Das war durch Refenwetter während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht drin. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Ahmed ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat, da wir wegen Stau später als geplant angekommen sind, uns super zur Wohnung gelotst und war auch danach sehr gut erreichbar. Auch das frühe Auschecken am letzten Tag lief problemlos. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das kleine Präsent als Empfang. Tolle Wohnung, die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Alles sehr sauber. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Aachen würde ich als erstes nachsehen, ob das Apartment wieder frei wäre.

Anne was a lovely welcoming and accomodating host. Little extras like Chocolates, Coffee and Cream, and Bottled Water were much appreciated. Anne provided everything you could possibly need and more to make the stay perfect.

Great place with a lovely host. Clean and cozy. The price is great and has plenty of space and a nice terrace. Recommended.

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

Ich habe mich bei Andreas sehr wohlgefühlt: die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und lag in einer netten Gegend direkt an einem Park. Man konnte sowohl mit dem Bus als auch zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen, sodass man gut angebunden war. Vor allem die Kommunikation mit Andreas war sehr nett, er war schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlicherweise auch sehr flexibel, was die Aufenthaltsdauer anging, sodass ich sogar noch ein paar Tage länger bleiben konnte. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Unterkunft für meine Zeit in Aachen!
