This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

A spacious bed is adorned with soft, white linens and a selection of decorative pillows in muted tones. A tray of beverages and pastries is placed on the bed, while artwork is displayed above the headboard, contributing to a serene ambiance.
