Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The sandy beach just below the house is equally attractive in summer, with a bathing jetty and beach bar, and in winter, for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transport links about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs along this road.

On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used; we make each bedroom available based on guests' booking and specific requests. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The Log Cabin

Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Stängt måndagar. Nu semesterstängt till 4 augusti. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
