Beachfront vacation rentals in Central-West Region

I stayed a week at Alex's place and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

I had no setbacks, but Wanderley was very cordial with clear information from the start. The location is great and both the building's parking lot and the parking lot next door are very practical.

Super well located, self-check-in is great, in front of the beach, shopping, supermarket. I recommend it and would come back.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The apartment faces the beach, whoever goes, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, everything is very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! I intend to return

Hostão Rafael is very attentive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and it was very clean and with no sign of mold (which is important to me because I am allergic). We like it very much and hope to come back again.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so I didn't have to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

We love our stay in the apartment! The decor is charming, everything is tasteful, extremely clean and fragrant. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Celsi was super attentive and made us feel very comfortable. We stayed as a couple and with our pet, who also loved it! We definitely want to come back on an upcoming visit to Santos. I highly recommend it!

We loved the view at Marcos’ property, looking out over the ocean and city. We very much appreciated the beach being directly accessible with a shower right inside the complex to rinse off sand. There were two entry doors locked from the outside, which made our stay here feel entirely safe. Marcos was an excellent host. He was always immediately responsive if we needed help with anything at the apartment. He was also very flexible with check out time. I could tell our comfort and enjoyment was a top priority. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. The location within a condominium with direct access to the beaches is undoubtedly a great differential. Bernardo and Deise were extremely friendly and have always been available for any need. For those who own an electric car, the possibility of charging it in a 220V outlet on site is a very convenient detail. I recommend it!

The apartment is wonderful, with a lot of structure, it is exactly like the description and photos. The view from the apartment is amazing, we had a great stay, and Paula was extremely polite with very clear information.

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. We look forward to returning soon!

The place is wonderful! Unbelievable to have the beach in the backyard this way, and perhaps because we went off the holiday it was super quiet. The house is super well equipped, we hired the catering service on the first day, dinner was wonderful! And in the others we cooked and we didn't miss anything, the utensils were first quality. A D Rosa in the morning also helped us a lot, the house although it is in the middle of nature was super clean! The only thing I would add to pay attention before renting is that the house has stairs that are leaked and the bathrooms are a little tight... As we had two pregnant women and a 1 and a half year old baby among travelers this issue of accessibility and safety has gotten a little more difficult. Outside this question I recommend too much and would come back!
