Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Central Texas

Katherine was an excellent host. She was responsive to our questions and accommodated a very early check in so our baby could nap. It's a historic property so the building is a little old but Katherine's done a great job renovating and modernizing it. Street parking was plentiful and there's also 3 parking spaces in the back. We also felt safe parking and walking around the neighborhood. I was a little concerned that the space might be a bit tight but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it actually was. We easily fit a pack-n-play crib in the bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you need. There are a ton of entertainment options (DVDs, Xbox360, board games, etc) in the living room. It was pretty hot in San Antonio but the window AC units and ceiling fans did a good job keeping things cool. The space is very clean but our dust allergies did act up a bit while we were inside. Excellent host, great spot, we would definitely stay here again.

Drew and his team were extremely helpful and made my stay extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend for groups looking to stay on the east side.

My husband and I loved this apartment! The hot tub was perfect after a full day of activities around town. After a horrible nights sleep at a resort the previous night we slept like babies in this bed. Mattress was soft and the area was very quiet. We couldn’t even hear our neighbors next to us. If you don’t like super soft pillows I suggest you bring your own though (we did). Place was super clean and my favorite part was the shower, perfect temperature and water pressure. The host was extremely prompt in responses and made sure to check in to make sure everything was to our liking. Rent this Airbnb now! You won’t regret it. If we make our way back to Fredericksburg we will most definitely book again.

We did a little staycation at Katherine’s place over a weekend in June. It’s a very nicely kept, nearly 100 year old home on a sleepy street that’s only a short walk away to The Pearl or St. Mary’s or a quick uber ride to downtown. Katherine was very communicative and helpful during our stay. All in all, a lovely spot for anyone wanting to stay just north of downtown!

Great place to stay at an affordable price

We had a great time staying here during our trip to San Antonio! The home was beautiful, and there were even a few complimentary snacks and bottles of wine you could purchase. We would stay here again!

This is a nice play to stay. It matched the pictures and was very clean. It’s better than staying at hotel, with a more private feel to it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Didn’t lack for amenities.

We loved the home with it's beautiful and charming interior. A real taste of Texas! Our hosts were wonderful with providing everything we needed to make us feel at home. So close to many wonderful Austin sights and restaurants. We recommend staying there!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. House is very clean, linens and towels were top of the line. Bed was so comfortable! We didn't use the pool or hot tub as weather was cool, but they were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at the fire table. Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced in yard, and the front courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked, couldn't ask for anything better. This place is very charming, and you feel right at home. Would highly recommend, we will be coming back!

Great stay, was very convenient to downtown Austin, and the space was clean, spacious, and accommodated all 7 of our guests with no issues. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay near Austin!

The Isaac's provided just what was needed. A nice escape in a really quaint little neighborhood. Quite unexpected being so accessible to town.

My group and I had an amazing time! Hosts were awesome communicators and provided us updates before we even had to ask. The airbnb exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos!

The place was very clean and the check out process was simple and straight forward. The location of the home is very convenient and offers alot of options, if you want to party downtown, it is only 5-10 min away. if you want some tacos after you party, it is only 5 min away from the house. The host is extremely friendly and they respond to requests in a timely manner.

super nice host! we spent time at the house over memorial weekend and was a group of 10 of us big house had plenty of room for everybody and plenty of towels for the pool pool was super big they even had a grill out there we had an amazing time at this house I'll definitely would love to book again and I suggest you as well for every penny thank you to The Host

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

The condo is a 2-3 minute walk to Rainey St. Royal blue grocery is a short walk, the cafe down stairs is also convenient. If you want a breakfast bite or sandwich, coffee or COCKTAILS, press the button and your there:) The condo was clean, lots of towels. Very convenient and comfortable condo. Pool on the rooftop has amazing views with outdoor seating, perfect to enjoy a cocktail. The hosts are quick to respond and help in any way they can. I 100% recommend this place. I would definitely recommend having some delicious donuts from “Little Lucy’s” they are amazing donuts and you can order a dipping sauce. I usually get the maple bacon with caramel sauce.

A perfect place to stay in Austin! Rooftop pool, spacious apartment, great view, cozy bed—I highly recommend. It's more of a hotel than an AirBnb, but if you're wanting to be close to downtown, there's really no better choice.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was rly nice from the check in to valet to cafe. The pool was gorgeous and it’s Austin so people are really friendly. I walked to the Blue Royal and I think it was like 7 mins- can’t remember. But they were nice there too. I just recommend bringing an extra toilet paper, paper towel and a laundry pod or 2 cause groceries can be a lil more pricey in the area.

This was our second stay. It’s really the best spot in the entire complex. Steps from hot tub. Heated pool. Beds are super comfortable. NB and Gruene have so much to offer. Short walk to riverfront or park. We are returning for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay for nearly a month. We reached out when we couldn’t find something, and received an immediate response with instructions (our oversight entirely). Apart from that, we just relaxed and used the clean and well kept space like home. It was wonderful, and we will absolutely be back.

The building is excellent for the price. Lots of cute bars and restaurants on Rainey street which is nearby. It has a gym and a rooftop pool. The rules are strict. Needed to strip the beds and do the dishes, and we were a little stressed/worried wed get hit with a $100 charge if we left a room key in the room as it locks behind you. If you dont mind doing some light cleaning, this is a great spot. Better price than any hotel and host was responsive!

Simple "homey", safe, and clean place to stay. Great location if you plan to float the comal, as this property is just about as high up as you can get for the longest float. Nice mellow walk to center of town for shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with essential tools and utensils for cooking. Would stay again if we have a chance to return to New Braunfels.
