Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Central Station area, Milan

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 3 Personen. Wir hatten einen tollen Empfang durch Alex, weil er uns alles Wichtige beim Check-In erklärt hat und uns Tipps gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber und liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Man kommt schnell zur Metro, Straßenbahn oder zum Bus uns ist in kürzester Zeit im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt für jedem ein Handtuchset in einer anderen Farbe, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut!

Location location location… easy to get to . Just 4 stops from the centrale station … we enjoyed staying here . I recommend for anyone that want and easy to get to place . Very friendly host . Thank you for your hospitality.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le logement est bien équipé et nous avons apprécié son emplacement à quelques pas du métro. Les instructions pour l’arrivée autonome étaient très claires.

Great apartment, clean good facilities, very comfortable bed, air con was a must, great bathroom, everything we need was there, great for a couple might be a bit of a squeeze for 3 people which it does advertise as a possibility.

Abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Stefania dal 16 al 21 giugno 2025. L’appartamento è spazioso, comodo, e perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione che c’è sul sito. Gianluca è stato un co-host molto reattivo, abbiamo avuto bisogno di una seconda copia delle chiavi, e ce le ha portate veramente in tempi brevissimi. Per il resto, posizione Top, zona tutto sommato tranquilla anche se molto vicina al centro. Tutta la casa era molto pulita, ordinata, e confortevole, Consigliatissimo!!!

Sheila è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, comodissimo per chi deve recarsi allo stadio San Siro per concerti o partite. Super consigliato!

Ingrid est très impliquée pour que nous passions un bon séjour et c’est une hôte très réactive et sympathique! Elle prend le temps de répondre à nos questions et est à notre disposition. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 15 min à pied du Dôme, 15 min à pied du musée Leonardo Da Vinci, à 2 min à pied de la porte St Lorenzo, au milieu des rues marchandes, épiceries et restaurants. C’est juste parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied, même avec 2 enfants! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Pratique pour un week-end.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Fabrizio insieme ai miei amici per poter partecipare alla fiera di "milano auto classica". La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto; 2 stanze hanno il bagno privato. Situata in zona tranquilla e a 10 min dal polo fieristico. Accoglienza top. Casa pulita e calda. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Per non parlare della colazione: abbondante e con brioche freschissime. Ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare le nostre auto all'interno del cortile interno. Grazie ancora! Vi terremo in considerazione per il prossimo anno.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit großer Gruppe. Michele hat zügig auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend.

Lage ist top innerhalb kürzester Zeit beim Dom und die Gegend ist auch sehr schön. Unterkunft war gut nichts wirklich zu bemängeln

Тихо, спокойно място, с добра локация. Спирката на метрото, която води до центъра е на 5 мин пеша. До нея има и голям хранителен магазин. Отзивчив и гъвкав домакин. Благодаря, Мирко!

Had a great stay at Mirko’s Airbnb! Was very close to the metro so it was easy to get to central Milan! Mirko was very responsive and helpful as well!

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!

L'appartamento di Gabriele si trova in un'ottima posizione: in auto si può raggiungere facilmente Milano, Como e l'autostrada. Parcheggio comodissimo sotto l'abitazione e nei dintorni negozi e ipermercati di ogni genere . L'appartamento è spazioso e fornito di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile , ideale per famiglie fino a 4 ospiti. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono persone eccezionali, simpatiche e disponibili per ogni evenienza e pronti a dare indicazioni utili per i vari spostamenti. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso di loro.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einem privaten Wohnviertel. Die Metro Station ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne umsteigen ist es in 15 min möglich das Zentrum zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Bars und auch Restaurants die zum verweilen einladen. Die Unterkunft war toll, sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Auto konnten wir in der vorhanden Tiefgarage in einer der Garagen sicher abstellen. Unser Trip war perfekt! Danke an die Vermieter.

Unsere Ferien waren sehr spontan gebucht, trotzdem hat Giulio unsere Anfrage und Fragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm mit einem tollen Balkon.

Paolo's house is in a gated apartment complex where you can safely park your car. Subway Ca Granda is close and the apartment itself has the necessities you need.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful flat. It was very neat and clean. The flat is bright and the skylight in the bedroom has a very appealing design. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob in particular made for quick cooking. Nearby you can find everything you need, a bakery, a very good butcher, a very good ice-cream parlour. Milan can be reached in about 30 minutes by train and the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away. Francesca answered many questions in advance and also gave us many tips during our stay, e.g. the best ice-cream parlour. Her answers were always quick and helped us a lot with the organisation. Parking in the street was no problem and we always found a nearby car park.

The apartment is quite nice, nicely decorated and had all the necessary stuff needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be recommending. But it was quite noisy even until midnight. Loud music 🎶 and people shouting and laughing maybe due to a public holiday.

In Mailand Zuhause … so fühlt sich diese wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung von Paolo an. Eine kleine, sehr außergewöhnliche Kostbarkeit. Die besondere Architektur, umarmt von einer kleinen grünen Oase, gelegen inmitten des charmanten Wohnviertels ist die perfekte Ausgangsbasis. Gemütliche Bars laden auf einen Espresso am Morgen oder einen netten Drink nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ein. Der warmherzige Empfang (durch Arnold) und die inspirierenden Begegnungen – das alles zusammen hat uns mitten ins Herz getroffen. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder … am liebsten gleich morgen und sehr gerne länger. Herzlichen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit!!
