Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Central Station area, Milan

The accommodation was perfect for 3 people. We had a great welcome from Alex because he explained everything important at check-in and gave us tips. The place was very neat and clean and is in a nice area. You can quickly get to the metro, tram or bus and are in the city center in no time. There is a towel set in a different color for everyone, which we found very practical. Overall, the stay was very good!

Location location location… easy to get to . Just 4 stops from the centrale station … we enjoyed staying here . I recommend for anyone that want and easy to get to place . Very friendly host . Thank you for your hospitality.

Location: Very convenient, very close to the subway tram, easy to go anywhere in Milan, the central train station and duomo are on the yellow subway line near the apartment, you can take the yellow line directly. Facilities: Furniture, kitchenware and household items are all well equipped, if you live here you can find all the daily necessities you need.There is an elevator and air conditioner. Host: The Host is very friendly and patient. When we encountered some unexpected minor issues, the Host gave us a good solution and understanding.

The apartment was clean, close to the metro station. It is a little smaller than it seems to be from photos, but it is more than enough for 2 persons. We found everything we need in the apartment, except for some disposable slippers that would have been helpful.

Great apartment, clean good facilities, very comfortable bed, air con was a must, great bathroom, everything we need was there, great for a couple might be a bit of a squeeze for 3 people which it does advertise as a possibility.

We stayed at Stefania's house from June 16 to 21, 2025. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly matches the description on the site. Gianluca was a very responsive co-host, we needed a second copy of the keys, and he brought them to us in a very short time. For the rest, a top location, all in all a quiet area, although very close to the center. The whole house was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, Highly recommended!!!

Sheila has always been very helpful and kind. He made us feel at home, he gave us all the directions we needed. The apartment is in a strategic location, very convenient for those who have to go to the San Siro stadium for concerts or matches. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Fabrizio's place with my friends to attend the "Milan Classic Car" fair. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 rooms have a private bathroom. Located in a quiet area and 10 minutes from the exhibition center. Top welcome. Clean and warm house. We felt right at home. Not to mention breakfast: plentiful and with very fresh brioche. They allowed us to park our cars inside the inner courtyard. Thanks again! We'll keep you in mind for next year.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathroom amenities. The rooms are very cozy. Great location in the vicinity of a metro station, and with a walk you can easily walk to the center of Milan. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket in the area. Great communication with the host too. Congratulations!

Gabriele's apartment is in a great location: by car you can easily reach Milan, Como and the highway. Very convenient parking under the house and in the surrounding area, shops and hypermarkets of all kinds. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort, impeccable cleanliness, ideal for families of up to 4 guests. Gabriele and his family are exceptional people, friendly and helpful for any eventuality and ready to give useful directions for the various trips. I highly recommend staying with them.

It’s an easy Metro ride away to city center. Don’t let the fact that it’s not in the city center scare you away! It’s in very clean and quiet side of town where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. This location is about 10 minute walk away from the Metro/Train Station. It’s amazing and clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at Edoardo’s place for four nights and had the pleasure of meeting him in person at check-in. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious (even more than the photos suggest), with super fast internet and very convenient access to the metro. Thanks again, Edoardo! We hope to return soon.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful flat. It was very neat and clean. The flat is bright and the skylight in the bedroom has a very appealing design. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob in particular made for quick cooking. Nearby you can find everything you need, a bakery, a very good butcher, a very good ice-cream parlour. Milan can be reached in about 30 minutes by train and the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away. Francesca answered many questions in advance and also gave us many tips during our stay, e.g. the best ice-cream parlour. Her answers were always quick and helped us a lot with the organisation. Parking in the street was no problem and we always found a nearby car park.

The apartment is quite nice, nicely decorated and had all the necessary stuff needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be recommending. But it was quite noisy even until midnight. Loud music 🎶 and people shouting and laughing maybe due to a public holiday.

When in Milan, this is the place to be. It's just minutes from Milano Centrale Train Station, Duomo Plaza, La Rinascente (High End Shopping) The apartment is immaculate and very comfortable. The host Carlos definitely a Superhost who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very proactive and responsive to your needs and requests. He also has an extensive guidebook for a list of places to eat, how to get here and there. He just made things easy for us. We definitely recommend Carlos and his property 100%. Thank you Carlo!
