Unwind at a Luxury Cottage in Jacksonville's Historic Core

Enjoy your stay at "The Laundry" a lovely historic home. Remodeled and professionally decorated in French Country Chic style with luxury Italian Frette sheets, Turkish towels, robes, slippers, enchanting landscaping with two private fountains and outdoor eating! Ample onsite parking with complete privacy! Two flat screen SMART WIFI TV's with Cable and WIFI/Internet provided, desk/work area along with fun games. A washer/dryer with soap supplies is provided for your convenience. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range. Cuisinart coffee pot with Starbucks coffee and tea provided. You will have access to the entire home. Approximately 1250 sq. ft. with high ceilings. For your comfort the bedroom has a large king size BeautyRest Black mattress with feather-bed topper, Italian linens and Hungarian down pillows. The living room has a large deep couch with feather stuffing. Couch is also a Queen size sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. We offer self check-in but I live only 5 minutes away from the cottage. We're happy to help answer questions :) This property is in the core of historic Jacksonville, very conveniently located close to quaint shops and restaurants. Explore hiking trails, try wine tasting, and take an easy day trip to Crater Lake National Forest for a nature fix.

Pet friendly**Close to the I-5 interstate. Within walking distance to park! This guest house, is filled with natural light making it bright and inviting. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, you will have no trouble feeling comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need. *Fun fact**, the night stands in the main bedroom were made in the shop downstairs and designed by husband and I! *Airbnb is above working cabinet shop* Message me if you have any questions, I’ll respond within an hour!

The yurt is a modern, light, space with a deck. It's nestled between a mixed conifer forest and Starlight Meadow. We're at the end of a private road on 20 acres. The property is gated for your comfort and peace of mind. There's a large trampoline at the edge of the meadow perfect for stargazing and sunsets. The creek flows October thru June depending on rainfall. Six miles from Shady Cove where you'll find restaurants and a grocery store. 40 miles to Crater Lake. 26 to Ashland. Treat yourself!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home! Enjoy a pool day with the family next to the serine pool. Or a fun day of wine tasting with Relik winery less than one mile away and Hummingbird less than 2 miles away! Or have a blast at a concert this summer at the Britt festival less than 2 miles away! Downtown Jacksonville is only a 3 minute drive! All queen beds have been upgraded to NEW Tempurpedic beds! King size bed is a Jennings (Very High Quality!)
