We swim in the pool in summer and share the yard, but we’ll give you as much privacy as you desire. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, & complimentary coffee. New mini split!

While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb.
