We visited this property and hated leaving it for our LA activities. The house itself is a destination worth visiting. The property was very retro feeling and made me imagine famous 70s movie stars partying here long ago. The views are spectacular and make you California dream. We will be back!

Amazing views, home, and host! We loved our stay in the Hollywood Hills at Felix’s house! Despite needing to check in late, Felix was flexible and allowed us to use the beautiful infinity pool later in the evening and early the next morning, no questions asked. Felix was such an accommodating host. Our family truly loved staying here! Two large king beds with beautiful bedding, incredible views of LA, a spacious private patio for outdoor dining. Absolutely incredible - Book now before you miss out!

Loved the stay here, as soon as arrival Jamie was there for us! Definitely felt like at home, everything was just right! Close to universal for those who plan to stay close by. Would definitely come back in the future. Recommend it for anyone in general!!

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. This was by far the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. We stayed here vor 8 nights and it felt like a second home. Very clean, stylishly decorated and the garden is a dream. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. You could swim in it very well and for an extra charge you could have the pool heated. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean and everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back the next time we are in LA. Thank you very much!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very safe. It was quiet. The bed is very comfortable. This place was perfect in location for me because my son lives less than 10 minutes away. In the book they provided, was pretty much everything there is to do in the area and then some. I was centrally located to everything. I would stay here again. The MOST important thing to me was feeling safe...in the home and in the area.

Small but very cozy. Very nice place, and very close to downtown, dodger stadium, food places, etc. Grace was responsive and very thorough with her instructions. Overall a great stay!

Kazia and John were absolutely wonderful hosts! Friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We’re so glad we stumbled upon this hideaway - our experience here was a little cherry on top on what was (my) first time in LA. Will definitely be back :)

We are really satisfied about the time we spent here, everything was perfect and Monika was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked if we could check-in an hour before and the house was ready two hours before, making everything much easier for us (we had lots of luggage with us). Our stay was amazing. The house is a peaceful oasis, but only a few minutes walk away from amazing stores and restaurant. The house has so much charm and the backyard is just amazing. Denis was so responsive, friendly, and the house manual was one of the best I’ve seen! Perfect spot for a comfy, hip, and relaxing stay in LA.

Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. I saw David was very polite and proactive in communication. Place is absolutely beautiful and everything works as it should. An amazing view and very peaceful and quiet. The master shower has an interesting layout, but had good water pressure and loved the smell of the hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen has a wonderful set up with a bunch of extras that were unexpected, but very welcoming. The living room is a very comfortable area to relax in and has a really good surround sound system. Overall, this experience was a wonderful one and would recommend to anyone that’s considering this location.

Christopher was a perfect host!! His place was exactly what I needed this time. The place is quite small, as his ad indicates, but very very well stocked and very comfortable. There is a small private patio to enjoy. If you are looking for a great, very safe, comfortable, very clean place near La to sleep, this is great. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a view this isn’t your spot. If you’re looking for private, 420 friendly, safe, secluded, this is it.

We had a great stay in Silver Lake. We definitely envisioned the house as somewhere we could live ourselves, and were very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and especially loved the outdoor terrace with dining table and lounge set. It was a great place to eat some delicious takeout from the area and catch up with friends. The only "odd" thing was no screens on the windows, so while we wanted to open the windows at night for some cooler air, we avoided it as the mosquitos were out. The AC ran great and was enough to stay cool. But having said that, everything from the appliances to the furniture was high quality and we have a lovely time. We will absolutely book this place again when we come back to LA.

My stay at Daniel’s AirBnb was very nice! The location is perfect and close to so many West Hollywood bars, restaurants, etc. the AirBnb itself has an amazing patio area with TVs, fire place, and a jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A beautiful place to stay in LA. Wry charming and has an amazing view of the city (and the Hollywood sign) from the kitchen door. Great facilities and very luxurious/comfortable set up. Matthias was a brilliant host, highly recommend.

Home is unique, as are all the homes in this part, at least, of LA; it has its own personality and character, every bit as nice if not nicer in real life than photos are able to depict. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The narrow street going up the hill gives the whole neighborhood an old European feel. Very much enjoyed the secluded back deck surrounded by the lush foliage [there's a balcony in the front, as well.] The back porch/lanai is secluded, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a great view of the hillside opposite covered with trees and homes, each one its own unique style. The fire pit and the hot tub were just right for enjoying the coolish evenings and mornings. Marine mist that grays the morning sky also makes the air smell wonderfully fresh, especially when the sun comes out, like clockwork, around mid-morning. Master bedroom opens right out onto the back deck and the hot tub.

Great place, excellent location for my needs, clean and comfortable! Private parking was super convenient. Loved the bagel place across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron’s place was just perfect. As soon as you walk in it smells amazing, and clean. It’s just the right amount of space. Very tidy and clean. The goodie basket was nice and all the extra touches. Was perfect for what we needed. Aaron & Dane were super attentive and helpful. Communication was great. Would definitely stay there again.
