it was a pleasant stay, the host was responsive, the room was clean and cozy. a few inputs we have already communicate with the host for future improvements and they response positively. definitely trusted, good choice for a weekend gateaway :)

It was my first time visiting Jakarta. There is a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can get everything there. With cheap Grab taxis, you can get around as you wish. Start your Jakarta journey with a friendly host and a modern and great apartment.👍

Just be aware that you need the door card not only for access to your room but also for entering floors and such. I settled in and had a peaceful sleep on a soft bed. Mrs. Metty the caretaker of the place was always attentive, helpful and responsive to any issues or concerns I had.

I will definitely come back to stay at this place. Friendly host, and the time to check in and out is flexible.

I had a fantastic stay at this city view Airbnb. The view from the large windows was truly impressive sparkling city lights at night and vibrant urban life during the day. It felt like I had a front row seat to the heart of the city without leaving the room. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Natural light poured in during the day, and at night the skyline looked absolutely magical. I especially loved waking up to the sight of the city slowly coming to life such a unique and energizing experience. The location was also perfect: close to restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress free.

We were going to Java Jazz at JiExpo so this apartment is perfectly well position to the main entrance of Jiexpo. We literally only need to walk for 3 minutes avoiding all the hustle. The apartment were clean and the building were new so everything is perfect for us.

I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Aria’s place. The room was clean, comfortable, high speed WiFi and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and the convenient location. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Mr. Aria was a kind and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly. This is a great spot spot in a lively, western-friendly area of Jakarta. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and malls nearby.The gym is on a high floor and is in good condition, has plenty of towels and water available. The apartment itself is very nice and has a ton of great amenities—it even has a dryer, which is quite rare to find in Indonesia. Having the ability to do a full load of laundry in one day is very convenient and something I appreciated a lot. The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, and a full-size fridge with a freezer. Melda also sent over a nice Nespresso machine with pods for me to enjoy. The living area has stunning views of the city at night. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on and a large dining room table. Overall, this is a nice space that provides the extra amenities foreigners will appreciate. Melda is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. Be sure to check it out!

Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Sara is a great host. Very informative and was always fast to respond to all inquiries. She relayed clear instructions and with pictures making it easier to follow. The place is as described and very clean. All amenities worked. The place has 2 Tv's, one in the bedroom and the second Tv in the living room. The balcony has a nice view of the street, the shops and street food vendors below. The apartment is right above Thamrin City Mall with hundreds of shops for all your needs from groceries, food, clothes etc. KFC, coffee shops, Mini Mart, Middle eastern Mandi, Kabsa, Biryani restaurant available at the ground floor. Mosques are nearby too. The popular and must see Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia Mall are a 5 minute walk from the apartment building. The Wifi worked well for internet access. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Jakarta.

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo.
